Official Races
Toti AC is proud to present every year two official races to the running community:
On April 17th we have the famous Dick King half marathon (21,1 km) that starts and ends at Amanzimtoti beach. This is a popular race attracting runners from various clubs around KZN and for some forms part of their training schedule towards the Comrades.
During October the popular South Coast marathon (42,2 km & 21,1 km) is presented and has kindly been sponsored by Goss and Balfe (Pty) Ltd. It has been regarded as an exciting experience amongst participants that includes a free train ride from Amanzimtoti station, stopping halfway at Ifracombe just before Umkomaas where the starting point is for the 21,1 km and then continuing to Scottburgh where the starting point is for the 42.2 km marathon. Finishing is at Hutchinson Park in Amanzimtoti.
